The story behind the cartoon
Anthropic made Smart Reports generally available for Claude Enterprise: Claude reads a sample of a team's conversations and turns them into a report on the work done, what it cost, where sessions stalled, and which repeated workflows could become reusable skills.
Admins pick a team and a window of up to 28 days, with up to 10 reports a month at no extra charge; Anthropic says the reports show adoption and guide investment planning, not evaluate individual employees.
The launch drew a privacy backlash, because personal or restricted sessions still get tallied, and the boss-reading-chats move is restricted in over 30 countries.
Your boss finally reads your chats and all he learns is that you stall a lot, cost a bit, and have a personal life he can count but never name.
