Meanwhile, a 'Fable 5.5' listing vanished: Azure never offered the model

A LiteLLM pull request from a registry audit on October 14 removes the azure_ai/claude-fable-5-5 entry from both cost-map files because Azure does not list such a model. The author queried the Azure Models API across regions including eastus2, eastus, westus3 and swedencentral; the Claude names returned included claude-fable-5 and claude-fable-5-1, but claude-fable-5-5 appeared in none of them.

Before the fix, an administrator could configure the phantom model, see a listed input price and a one-million-token limit, then receive a 404 DeploymentNotFound error from Azure when calling it. After removal, its price returns as null, like any unknown model. The pull request absorbed two duplicate fixes for the same row, left other audited values unchanged, and reported 104 tests passing.
