Meanwhile, a 'Fable 5.5' listing vanished: Azure never offered the model

A LiteLLM registry audit removed the pricing row for azure_ai/claude-fable-5-5 from both of the project's cost-map files. The row listed prices and a 1M-token context for a model Azure does not actually offer, so anyone who configured it got a 404 DeploymentNotFound error back from Azure.

The check behind the removal: the Azure Models API was queried on October 14 across four regions, returning 376 to 448 models each. The listings included claude-fable-5 and claude-fable-5-1, but claude-fable-5-5 appeared in none of them. Every other audited registry value matched its official source and was left unchanged.

The pull request absorbed two earlier one-row fixes for the same model. The practical effect: the cost map no longer advertises a model Azure doesn't have.
