ALL FIVE CLAUDE MODELS WENT DOWN AT ONCE — FOURTH OUTAGE SINCE FRIDAY

Anthropic posted an incident to the Claude Status page at 06:14 UTC on October 25 reporting elevated errors on requests to all five of its current Claude models — Mythos 5.1, Fable 5.1, Opus 5.5, Sonnet 5.5, and Haiku 5.5. The status page marked claude.ai, the Claude API, Claude Code, and Claude Cowork as partial outages; only the Console and the government service stayed operational.

It is the fourth Claude outage since Friday evening: the status history lists three resolved incidents on October 24, and Anthropic identified the cause of this one within 13 minutes, with a fix deployed by 2:35 a.m. Eastern. The wobble lands the weekend Anthropic is reported to file its IPO prospectus publicly on Monday — a date IFR reported and the company has not confirmed.
