THE SHORT VERSION
China's robot giant unveiled a brain, an OS, and a yardstick for robot work
Shanghai-based AGIBOT used its Innovation Day on October 29 to unveil a full robot stack at once: GO-3 Preview, a next-generation embodied AI foundation model built around a World Reasoning Action Model, plus the AHA3 humanoid hardware platform, the WITA-Omni interaction model, the G2 Max industrial robot, and Link-U OS 1.0, an operating system for embodied intelligence.
The headline concept was Worken — 'work' plus 'token' — a proposed measure of productive robot work: active robots multiplied by autonomous working hours multiplied by an output-efficiency ratio. AGIBOT's pitch is to stop counting how many robots are built and start counting how much useful work they actually deliver, autonomously and consistently.
GO-3 Preview ranked first on RoboDojo for task success and process score and highest overall on RoboTwin and RoboColiseum, according to results presented at the event. Link-U OS 1.0 is being trialled by selected partners, with a full open-source release planned by the end of 2026.
