NVIDIA and Meta announced on October 27 that they will deepen their partnership on Muse, Meta's AI agent family, with NVIDIA investing $3 billion in Meta's equity offering. Meta will expand its deployment of NVIDIA's Vera Rubin chips and Vera CPUs, plus Spectrum-X networking, to run its agents.

The deal puts the world's most valuable chipmaker directly behind Meta's personal-superintelligence bet: Jensen Huang called AI agents 'a new computing paradigm,' while Mark Zuckerberg said Muse is 'how we bring personal superintelligence to everyone.'

The announcement lands as Meta raises up to $95 billion for AI infrastructure — NVIDIA is not just supplying the chips for Zuck's AI buildout, it is now buying into the raise itself.
