HE POSTED AN AI SKIT OF A MAN'S MAULING DEATH — AND SIGNED IT "PRESIDENT DJT"

President Donald Trump posted an AI-generated video on Truth Social late on October 13 showing himself smiling, wrestling with and bonding with a tiger, set to The Lion Sleeps Tonight. The 23-second clip appeared days after 23-year-old William Chapman died after entering a tiger enclosure at Yorkshire Wildlife Park in England.

The post drew criticism for insensitivity to Chapman's family. Trump did not explain why he posted it. The tiger involved, an endangered Amur tiger named Altai, will not be euthanised, according to the park. The AI video followed an earlier Trump post the same day sharing actual footage of the mauling.
